Is there a way to Mute All by default?

I played LoL for a long time. At first, I was excited and constantly playing rankeds to compete, it was funny. Now I returned to play after a long break, but I can't handle this toxic & awful community. Is there a way to ignore everyone? there's like 97'5% chance your teammates will only communicate with you saying things like "feeder", "noob", "it's your fault", "first time playing xxx?", 2% chance they don't blame you but still not cooperate, and 0'5% chance they actually help you and understand you! ^^
