Warmog's should not be removed from ARAM
I feel like removing Warmog's from ARAM really hamstrings tanks ability to contribute to the game mode. Carries have resources that they use to contribute to fights like mana and they have many ways to keep those resources topped off so they can always be contributing to a fight (presence of mind, clarity, ect...). Health is a tanks resource. Without health, their only option is to either just feed the enemy team a free kill or sit in the back until enough health pick-ups spawn and health regen gets their 3000+ health-pool back into a spot where they can contribute again. This basically means a hard engage tank like Zac gets one chance to get a good engage (and the team must follow up), or he engages and loses 75% of his hp and sits in the back for the next 2-3 team fights while he waits on HP to regen with no good course of action other than to stare at the screen for 3-5 minutes.
I think it would be better to give a toned-down version of Warmog's back to ARAM. Maybe something that gives regen based on missing hp. This would allow a very low HP tank to regen back up to half health relatively quickly while also not just giving the tank a free 4000 hp for sitting out of combat for 6 seconds. Have the regen tapper off as the tank approaches its max health. This will allow enemy poke to stick a little better on tanks while also not forcing tanks to become completely useless after one engage.
