Account punishment

Hello, everybody,

You the sweet adorable kids and the grown-ups. I want to ask someone who is competent enough about something.

If I(yes me, myself and I) never use the chat system in this extremely awesome and zero toxicity game.
Would I be punished somehow by the automated 100% fair League of Legends punishment system? Is it going to be a problem If my mates ask me something and I never bother answering them?
