Is Riot going to acknowledge this 180 Ping issue for those in the eastern part of Canada?

This has literally been going on for almost 2 weeks now, I end up getting a STEADY 180ping for 95% of the day and it is COMPLETELY unplayable, literally creeps and champions disappearing, I've played on 400+ ping and that has been more playable than this 180ping. It is NOT my connection, I can play Dota 2, Smash 4, and Pokemon completely fine with zero lag issues. I sent in a ticket already and all I've gotten in return is support bots telling me to send information that I've already given them, they are either ignorant to the problem themselves or they are just refusing to acknowledge it, and that is infuriating, things like this are the exact reason I've stopped buying RP, it makes me sick how much I've spent on this game and STILL we get this terrible ping and support in the end will just tell me it is my own connection when it is not!!! I am not the only one! RIOT PLEASE JUST ACKNOWLEDGE THERE IS AN ISSUE AND EXPLAIN WHAT IS GOING ON INSTEAD OF LEAVING DEDICATED, AND LOYAL PLAYERS LIKE MYSELF AND MANY OTHERS IN THE DARK!!!

It's not just the East. I used to live in East and had about 80ms ping then I moved West, I had about 20 ms ping until November, which I think was when Riot started something with their networking? I'm not sure but I hear many people West started getting 120+ ping since then.

Could be just me but, fastforward to today still 105-120 ms ping. WEST COAST.

I'm not 100% sure if it's ISP or not but after all these months of back and forth with my ISP it doesn't seem like anything's going on there, but who knows.

All in all, hope it makes you feel better that some of us on the West coast are getting dunked on in terms of ping as well.
