Need help with FPS!

Hello everyone! I decided to write down this discussion so hopefully I can get some help from you guys. I've got a Radeon R7 M445 4GB Display Memory. On such graphic card I was expecting to have at least 100+ FPS on Medium High Settings but that is not the case. I only get 60 FPS even tho it is not capped in any way. 60 FPS is just fine, but that is in Medium Low and even in that setting it goes from 50 to 60 while laning and drops to almost 30 during team fights. Do you have any suggestions?

Try turning off things like character inking, antialiasing and Vsync. Character inking in particular results in a lot of performance loss in some cases.

PS: I see the Warframe reference.

I had all turned off, but I think the problem is that I'm using a laptop.

Are you using a laptop? I don't think they handle League very well, I got 20 fps when I tried using one.
