Riot, Please buff Gragas

We all know that was reworked pretty heavily this past season, but this is NOT what I am disagreeing with. What I am disagreeing with is the last set of small changes on Gragas, which made his W cost 30 mana. I believe this was a mistake because that was one of the best things about his kit. You could trigger items like sheen and lichbane without using mana. Also his AP scaling and AD are poor now. Tanks like amumu can still provide plenty of damage but Gragas cannot match this. I believe one of 4 things should happen. 1: Gragas's W gets reworked to add AP and AD. 2: Improve Gragas's AP scaling. 3: Change his W to be more meaningful as it is because it does reduce much damage or last very long plus the AD bonus is awkward because his main damage comes from his barrels which are ranged and he doesnt scale well with AD/auto-attack-based builds as it is. 4: Rework his kit to deal more base damage but cost more mana, except for his w which would provide mana for free once again.
