anyone having ping issues since 4.20?

Was for about 2 days after the patch but it's cleared up for me.

still hits me pretty hard

90-100 ping on loading screen, in game spiking to 500-15k ping. I'll disconnect from the game, but then my ping will go back down to 100 but I will not reconnect. This forces me to leave the game and rejoin. This happens 10+ times a game.

yeah ever since the new map i should probably say, i dont know if it had anything to do with the patch... the map is in beta so i cant get overly mad but it is annoying especially when youre ganking as jungle and suddenly ping spike and you die because you cant control your champ.

Since yesterday I've been getting spikes going up to 800+, but my game averages about 250-400 from the 30-90 I had before. It's not my connection, as I've tried literally turning off and removing the power source to every wireless device connected to my network, restarting my modem, and playing other games. It's only this specific game that I'm having problems with. Any help? btw It's currently 12/10. My problem started on 12/9.
