Sejuani's W

Is there any reason it scales so hard? I can have it up to a 40% HP nuke by late game with no problem whatsoever.

How do you figure 40%? 12% at max rank +3% per 100 AP.
40%-12%=28%/3=9.33*100= 933 AP Sejuani? I doubt this. Highly.

I was factoring in Lichbane since it's an on hit effect. I normally get around 700 AP by late game. Which puts me at around a 33% W with Lichbane behind it. That means regardless of who you are you're losing almost half of your HP in one hit from a single non ult ability.

Personally, I don't see a problem with this. You can build her as an AP psuedo-assassin or as a tank, but there's a trade off you have to make.

I think you were completely bullshitting then going off of his math to make up for that bullshit.

It's perfectly fine as is for you have to disregard defenses in order for it to be powerful.
