Rolled Ivern 13 times, brand 6 times and kindred 4 times in 3 days. ARurf is not random. I've seen people at high school programming better random chance than Riot can, stupid idiots...My champion pool is missing 31 champions to be complete so yeah...
ARAM isn't exactly random either or you wouldn't see Zilean, Lux, or Fiddlesticks in 90% of all ARAM games when there are almost 140 champions in the game with most people owning at least 30+ champions plus the free champion rotation.
