How about tweaking harrier just a little bit or maybe make you untargetable when you vault? This link www.youtube.com/watch?v=fjXHyUo_CgU gives some examples on problems with her harrier and problems with her vault. Harrier problems start on 2:43 and the vault problems are start on 4:53.
Stiv12342 votesIMO Quinn does need tweaks, but not straight buffs. That would be just horrible for the top lane. What I think she needs is some real identity. I mean, is she an ADC or an AD Bruiser? Or just a lane bully? What is she actually supposed to be? Her Ult and low range doesnt fit in an ADC playstyle while her other skills promote building squishy. Riot should decide for one direction so she can be good in that spot as opposed to mediocre in two different roles.
