Ranked System Kinda Screwed Up

I was just in a Ranked match, and something really bothered me. We had two Season 4 Bronzes, and a sorta bad MMR, and their team had two Season 4 Silvers, and and good MMR. Our team had no good chance of winning in the first place because they had good Silvers vs eh Bronzes. I get these terrible matches so many times, and we lose so badly. Is there any way to fix this?

All players in a ranked game have roughly the same MMR. Duos use the average MMR of both players and get matched against slightly higher MMR opponents.

Either way, none of the players on either teams were above Bronze. The highest MMR player on either team was your Jax.
