Yet, he has one of the lowest winrates in the entire game because his Q got gutted last year. The recent buff to his passive helped him a bit and it rose up to a 45% winrate. If you got destroyed by Twitch, that means he got good positioning or/and farm.

twitch is the worst adc in the game and you should uninstall if you lose lane to him
