  2. HOUR GLASS counters CLOSE COMBAT PLAYERS.

MY POINT IS WHY EVEN CREATE CHAMPIONS LIKE FIORA .. IS NOT VIABLE IN THIS GAME ANYMORE .. WITH a 130 SECOND COOLDOWN and without ANY TEAM FIGHT viability .. WHATS THE POINT.. GO FK URSELF RIOT.

BAN ME I DONT CARE ABOUT THIS GAME.

Hourglass... yep, you get a couple more seconds to pray to whomever you do before it ends and I finish you off since you just gave me time to get my cooldowns up.

I look forward to watching Riot's pile of band-aid fixes crumble around them while they hastily try to say that no no this was what they intended all along instead of actually fixing anything. The preseason changes are a great start toward that.
