Please fix rank queues

Dear Riot,

I ask you that you fix your rank queues. Every time I go up a division, I feel like the people I am queued with are actually less skilled than the ones I have come across. How do you play a game, even to just enjoy it when half your team is going 0/6 or 0/7? Yes, people may have bad days, but looking at their match history, they have not had a good game. Maybe 1/10 is a good game. AFK's and DC's you can't do anything about it, but can't you at least match people with the same skill level? How does this MMR thing work? I get queued with low golds because I'm silver, but these gold players seem worse than low silver players. Please look into your match making system.
