Assigned Masteries? / runes?

So I'm sure that plenty of people have forgotten to changes their masteries and runes before a game. I myself hear a lot of people saying that they bring the wrong masteries, and it can be a serious problem early game. So wouldn't it be a cool idea if there was an option to automatically change your runes and masteries based on your champion? Let me know what you guys think.

EDIT-

By changing your masteries, I meant as in it changing your selected page for a champion, not as in making your pages for you. That way when you went into champ select it was selected, but you could always change it if you wanted.
