What happen if Riot take control what you can said on the chat... just helpful in game phrases like... (go bot, go mid, dragon, baron, etc...) no more trash talk ... btw I'm bad I know and you don't need to remember me that. Thanks!

The community is social, the game is not. The game having communication doesn't make it a social game, it's just an aspect of it being a team game.

"people lost focus" no, YOU lost focus because someone called you bad and that made you mad. If someone is saying something you don't agree with then simply mute them and continue the game normally without giving them the attention they want.
You aren't even lvl 30, you are still playing against people who are still learning the game and are complaining because "people lose focus" the only people who lose focus and time writing things are those who have 0 multi-tasking skills

it's also not about whining because 1 person is talking trash. you see someone doing that? you mute them. Having premade sentences isn't going to stop people from doing that. Hell it will just open an entire new way of trolling and being annoying since they could just spam any of the sentences what then? mute them? do that now then
