garen's W should include a small shield.
he would be a bit easier to lane with if for the duration of his W that he could get a small shield that blocked like 50-100 damage at level one. it could even be based on his max hp.

Killer X 122 votesOne that a majority of the community shares. 50 temp hp that only respawns when you back, not even after a certain cd in lane? No one (above wood 3) will 1v1 you up as soon as you get to lane, (the only time it's useful) since poke wil take it out. Its worth 1/3 of a potion, aka 11.67 gold, but really even less than that lol.
