I think, compared to other champs power on their release dates, that he is one of the more balanced champs. Usually when a new champ comes out they are horribly over powered but Jhin seems like hes in a good spot for the most part.

The only reason people are complaining is because he snowballs hard. Like, REALLY hard. And in low elos, it's hard to stop a snowballing champ.

I personally think he's balanced: his early game power should be tuned down, but he scales decently and becomes almost hyper carry material late game.

EDIT: Also, Jhin's traps have super scaling and they stood there and ate the damage. Traps could be tuned down a bit I guess? But for the most part, the traps did the most damage out of everything.
