I've been playing League since the beginning of Season 4 and my ping has always been stable from the time the servers were in Oregon and even right now in Chicago (Where I currently was born and have been living.) I haven't noticed my ping change one bit staying at a constant 54 all two years. Why is this? Shouldn't I be receiving a much lower ping down in the 20 ms - 30ms range?
Thryale1 votesis it the 25th yet?
StealthWarden1 votesThe server is still in California, they are moving it next week.
EndlessSorcerer1 votesThey haven't changed the server's yet

implying that comcast users aren't being rekt already simply due to using comcast
Markus Kruber1 votesComcast was indeed okay somewhat sometimes however it is not as bad as satillite.
Yeah even before server move my ping goes over nine thousand sometimes (I have comcast) But it sometimes is in the green (20ms) spiking to about 200 max usually
I don't know what the server move will bring ping wise but it looks grim
