Yi needs a nerf or rework

Yi is a champion that requires little to no skill, can dodge any ability, can feed at the begining and still end the game with a positive score, has a heal and damage reduction, slow resistance and can only be countered with hard CC. so just please nerf him or rework him or do whatever just make him a ballanced champion. i am tired of constantly wasting a ban on him.
