It's very obvious riot doesn't care about what the players think anymore. There are so much more they could do with the game. The main thing I and most other players want is simply balance. Is there a way we as the community could get them to listen to us??

Although some players have good ideas, Riot just doesn't have the time to get to read most of the posts; besides, most of the 'balance' posts are written by people who either don't understand the game, use offensive language that Riot shouldn't have to tolerate, or are not being constructive (e.g. just pointing out the problem without mentioning a viable solution).
From the extent of tweaks that they make in every patch, I think that it's fairly obvious how hard Riot is trying to improve the balance of the game. As a community, we should be supportive and focus on the good that they're doing, rather than being dissatisfied with every flaw and making posts like these.
