A bit of a problem...

Been having a bit of a problem with my sisters bans lately... Her computer is complete crap and every here and there will turd out in the middle of a game resulting in lots of ... And as this builds up over time she has slowly gotten up to a 20 minute ban... :/ I mean this only happens like every one in say twenty or more games that we play... The most recent game she received a ban from she had disconnected due to an update initiated by her windows... She logged back on in time to continue helping her team but sadly still received the ban... Is there any reset on the bans at any given point??? Its getting rather frustrating as I have had this happen to me once too.

Note: I do know this is to prevent people from leaving and cracking down on those who do leave.

New info: Apparently the last crash on her computer was actually because her computer lagged out :/
