Sivir

Maybe it's just me and i'm bad at sivir but does anyone else feel like sivir can't keep up with the current adc's that are out now and she could be reworked a bit like she's not keeping up with or in lane when it really comes down to it her skills take so much mana especially her Q you can harass and poke with her Q maybe about 3 or 4 times if you don't use her W at all but other than that if you do your S.O.L in lane against any other adc and then her ult is honestly useless its passive you get 30% attack speed boost while your W (richocet) is active ONLY IF ITS ACTIVE if I never use it then what's the point. then the second part of her ult when you activate it you and your team get a speed boost like 40% then drops to 20% then this ult is on a 110 second cooldown and cost a 100 mana all this for speed boost that only last 3 seconds and isn't gonna help you catch someone if they flash out of range or if they have boots of mobility or boots of swiftness or any other type of movement boost. I honestly feel like her ult could be reworked to something better or her whole champ as a whole OR AT LEAST LOWER THESE MANA COSTS something please. But like I said maybe it's just me and i'm bad at sivir idk.
