Leaver buster and fallout give up and die ranked gamers Problem? (Solved)

Dear League of Legends if there's nothing you can do about your leaver buster system and your tired of you back and forth E-mails with me about your server or my computer then change something. Here's an Idea for you brainiacs up there to fix all that. IT's so simple make ranked games cost IP doesn't have to be expensive but the concept to make them loose something so the win is more bountiful, and maybe not in all the ranked just bronze and silver so you know your gold and up are actually people that play their roles and understand how to win cause it's not fair to those who want to really try and do their best.
