How to not tilt?

I was having some good performances as Kha Zix jungle and all where I could give advantages to my lanes and snowballing the opponent as can be shown here: http://prntscr.com/h2l4tf

But then I play a match like this: http://prntscr.com/h2l56t Where I started winning by killing the enemy jungler and mid but then my top lane testing Nasus goes and can't stay 5 sec without trading Darius and everything I was trying to built goes down. (He didn't get a single gank from the enemy jungler) And then my whole team starts inting and blaming each other and I lose the match http://prntscr.com/h2l5v1

Happens, everybody loses a game but I get tilted from these matches, after playing a game like that I FEEL that my next performances aren't as good as I was playing before on that "momentum". Does anybody have any tips to not get tilted after these games and reset and start play as well as I did before?

Turn the game off for an hour, do something else, find a source of entertainment or value that will take you away from the tilt and make you laugh instead. Its really difficult to maintain this way of thinking, but, try to not get too attached to the game. When you go in thinking "i dont care what happens, im gonna play as i do and have fun doing it", you're not gonna be upset if your team causes a loss. Winning is obviously the goal, but when you worry too much about getting the victory, you end up playing worse. It's like imagining you're successful and eventually coming into wealth naturally, vs focusing on what you don't have & trying too hard to get it, and never becoming successful. Sorry to get philosophical

Play with a mic and a friend to talk to, that drastically reduces salt and tilt in my experience since you have someone to express to. It's being stuck in your own thoughts that gets salt and tilt going if you ask me. Otherwise just ration your play time.
