Who is the most OP in urf?

Basically a discussion about who you hate most in U.R.F. right now. My two picks are:

1. Vlad: It seems when RIot did the whole "you can't have a move come off cd during it's activation" they forgot vlad. He has a extremely small CD on his Sanguine Pool, making him nearly untargetable. If anything, you get a quarter of a second to attack him and that's it. Even my basic attacks couldn't hit him when I was using an ADC.

2. Annie: I felt like she might be OP so I tried her... and boy was I right. Her q and w are off CD the moment you use one or the other. Add in her burst damage and her stun that is just about always up due to low CD and she's nearly unstoppable. If I saw a squishy they were dead, they didn't have enough reaction time between my righteous glory and low CD flash to escape. It was so bad that we had a Teemo on our team that no one complained about. They were too busy complaining about me to much to notice.
