Timing out when banning a champ cuz of lag!

Hey anyone who's reading, pref a riot person. Me, specifically in the season 7 browser, and i'm sure others lag super hard during champ select. Only having a, i think 30 second, timer that doesn't even load until 5 seconds left, isn't good. Fyi, I'm a rammus main, i'm decent at him, high bronze, that said i normally go something like 12/2/18ish, so i'm not inherently laggy in games, it's just the browser. My timer is now 15 mins per time i get in the bottom 3, and it's a shame. What do you all think of extending the ban timer, or making it so you can preselect your ban once you load in? if you increase ban timers by even 30 seconds, the duration fo champ select will go up by 3 minutes.

I was thinking more like 15, and most people would pick to ban a champ basically immediately regardless. Being able to preban, or just turn off animations all together would also work (the ladder seems like the best). All im saying is getting a 15 minute wait timer and losing elo just because the ban animation takes 30 seconds to finish isn't fun

This only seems like a problem for you, but I do agree, animations should be able to be turned off.
