So 4 months ago i asked aout how to get out of bronze, i was told i dont play enough so i played much more games (around 150 this season), but im still stuck in bronze anyone know how i can imporve or get better to get out of this "hell"?

Why do you play a champ you have a 42% winrate with? Just spam Talon and get better at him.
Also it looks like you've done well in your last 5 games. The timing of this post seems very odd.

Get tiamat to help you waveclear. Your average cs per minute is very bad. All Talon has is damage, that means he needs to stay ahead of the curve in gold. Tiamat helps you get more cs and helps you push faster so that you can roam more frequently.
There is this guy called the lolhounds on youtube that is doing a climb to diamond series. He mains Talon. I would recommend watching some of those videos.
