leveling

i was thinking about leveling the champion to 6 and 7 why u guys dont make more levels depends on how much pts you have with the champion like "200k and level 7 " he can level the champion up to 8 " 500k and level 8" he can level the champion up to 9 .. and as you know there some reworks coming or already came and when you have your champion at level 7 before the rework why we cant just drop the level to 5 when we want , i think its a good idea.
