Isn't Kindred basically a mixed up Fiora?

(Moved this from Boards Feedback to here because I'm pretty sure I was in the wrong board. Apologies.) Before we get started I want to say I have NOT been playing this game for terribly long, I played it like two or three years ago, but I fell off after my computer died and I couldn't play for a few months.

Okay, so this is just sorta my opinion on the situation with the new Kindred person. While I freaking LOVED the teaser trailer and the character design is one of my favorites already, I can't help but feel the whole kit is sorta... I dunno, unoriginal? Like, I'm not dissing the character's kit, I think that if ANY new champion should have high mobility, it would be Kindred. It just looks so slim and mobile, like it BELONGS with the mobility. But after checking out the abilities, I can't help but notice they're essentially better versions of Fiora's abilities. So let me get into the comparisons I see between the two champs and their abilities (Again, I'm fairly new to it. I mained Fiora back then, and I still main her. I'm not even level 30 I can't get ranked, so feel free to downvote or tell me why I'm wrong. Just saying what I think. I'm sure there are people who are much better for this than me.)

Kindred and Fiora's passives aren't really similar, so I've got nothing on those.

Kindred's Q is Dance of Arrows, which lets them dash in any direction and attack up to 3 targets. Fiora's Q allows her to do the exact same thing, but can only attack one target.

Kindred's W is Wolf's Frenzy, which puts an AoE around Wolf where he attacks enemies and Lamb gets a great reduction of cooldown on their Q. This skill is where things get a bit iffy on the whole "same skill" bit. Their W is essentially the AoE part of Fiora's ult, where she gets super mobility and dashes around while in the zone. Not really the same to be honest, but still thought I'd mention that part.

Kindred's E is Mounting Dread, in which Kindred slows a target, then hits them three times to inflict a % of the enemy's max health in true damage. Fiora's E causes her first auto attack to slow the enemy, then the second auto attack to inflict a guaranteed critical attack. This feels as though Kindred's E is a much MUCH better version of Fiora's E, as Fiora's crit is a gimped crit until max level, yes?

Kindred's ultimate is Lamb's Respite, where they create an AoE around themselves or a targeted allied champion and makes everything in the AoE completely unkillable for a few seconds, then giving a nice heal to allies still in the area. Fiora's ultimate gives the same (albeit, I think it's a better) heal as Kindred's ult, and the invincibility the champions get inside the AoE is essentially an AoE version of Fiora's W. Even though it doesn't stop CC or ignites or anything (I think?) it still makes those abilities useless, as you can't kill them anyways. Hence where the "mixed up Fiora" came into the title.

So that's my two cents on the new champ. Feel free to tell me I'm wrong in the discussion bit. I'm sure something I said here isn't proper as I'm not really an expert on league of legends stuff and all the knowledge bits that come attached.
