Simple and fun update to honor emblems

If you get consecutive honors over multiple games I think it would be cool if the emblem would glow brighter in the load screen, increasing in intensity for each honorable match.

Finish a match without an honor and it resets to the standard appearance.

I'm not saying change emblems for the various ranks, just have the emblems blazing brighter and brighter for hot honor-streaks.
