Petition to implement "choosing theme" for Summoner's rift and Howling abyss

My thoughts are as following, We play the same summoner's rift and howling abyss each day, with the exception of a few days each year when these maps get changed. And since Riot have answered several times that the extra gamemodes and special events probably won't be implemented on a permanent basis, this is something that should be considered.

We have so many themed skins in League of legends, but only a few days a year to utilize them. And many, myself included feel that buying a skin for that is just might not be worth it in the long run.

I suggest, as an added addition to these standard map, which we are the only ones "in the forseeable future" that we are going to get, why not make them a bit more fun, why not add certain speciality to it to make it less stale. Let's be real here, several thousand games and you are bound to be bored out of your mind with the same map.

"When you queue up alone or with a party, after choosing a map, and gamemode, an option should be added to utilize for single player use or for all, a themed skin of that chosen map, for instance, Winter Summoner's rift, or All hallows eve summoner's rift. With Howling abyss getting a Butcher's bridge equivalent. Acessable for the players all year around. So that we can utilize these awesome themed skins for more then a few days a year.

Sure some would say that this makes the events less special. Well maybe they can just do like they have done with star guardians, or odyssey. Or just make a new map like Nexus blitz for these special holiday events, to keep their specialness up.
