Is Zed Top Good?
I just went against a 
top, How do people feel about this? Is it bad? Is it good? Personally, i don't think it matters where you play him, he always gets fed.

He will just feed vs the most people top. 
He can win lane only vs other squishies like Riven, Teemo, Jayce, Yasuo, Irelia (before she gets tanky items) etc.
The only reason why Zed is viable is 
. Coming behind a wall with a dash, duskblade proc and some ability = dead unless you are tanky.
its quite bad unless you get a strange counter match-up there like, lets say anivia vs zed top or oriana vs zed top or..well, mid lane match-ups played top
It is good if they have a squishy top. The difference is he assumes the role of a splitpusher late game. Don't do it if they have a tank top since you can't burst them. If the top lane meta is carries, then Zed top is good. Some examples of good matchups include riven, fiora, talon (mid too), etc. But tbu, you just want to stick to Zed mid for the most part.
Its not good. Most matchups are not in his favour, he has a hard time snowballing. Additionally he can't roam near as good as he can from midlane. Worst case scenario is when your team has no frontline because of zed and can't really fight teamfights. You can do zed toplane if you have the ultimate zed mechanics but I wouldn't recommend it.
