You severely underestimate his slow/stun Get hit by that and there is a very good chance that you will be eaten and basically locked down. Any Kench who knows what they're doing will have ,, etc in order to cover for it. The big issue with him is that when he is played top or jungle it can get nearly impossible to escape. In team fights you are practically forced to focus him down because if you don't your adc or mid laner is gonna get a 3 second stun with 32 percent of your health gone instantly. That's just too much damage for a champion who can build flat health. What Riot should do is take away some of his damage and buff his utility. Tahm support is pretty much balanced and doesn't need a ton of help. His ability to interact with his allies is annoying but balanced. I personally like the fact that he can help out champions such as Kennen and Galio get in where they need to be. It's his power to have 4000 ish health and hit harder than most assassins mages and marksman. He's too much of both a juggernaut and a hyper tank, and it is just too unhealthy right now.
