How are things this patch? Are there any major changes I missed out? has anything gotten better at all?

Does Dynamic Queue still exist?

Tri force is good. Healing items changed and better. Ryze getting a new rework and should be fun again (old main and happy for this). Expect more bruiser tops and jungs. Sustain and kill lanes bot. Ashe and siver now more popular and Lucian nerfed. I just played first time in like 2 months due to job and that's what I've gathered yesterday.
