Is wukong reverted on PBE?

I logged onto the PBE to play Wukong to try out his "update." All of his skills were reverted back to before the rework. Is this temporary? I was hoping to practice on my day off today :*(.

During the end of cycle, things that dont make it to live get pulled from PBE.

Itll be back (I assume) today when PBE is updated along with malphite and maybe teemo if that one wasnt scrapped.

That is correct. Any changes that are not ready for live are pulled from the build and re-inserted when the new build is thrown up on the PBE. They will mention when a change is actually dead scrapped.
