Was the match making tweaked for a normal draft queue yesterday?

I had a very funny game yesterday where nothing made sense in terms of match making. I am about 6k games in normal draft and my queues are very balanced. I rarely get stuff like this but yesterday, two games in a row, I had very interesting results. My queue times are general 3-6 minutes.

I sure hope this is not a trend! Riot match making for normal games has been very balanced for me.
