WHY does Twitch's poison cause turret targeting?

This is the bane of my kill flow when someone camps in turret. I cant get near them without the turret targeting me for even 1 poison stack. An enemy could be in fountain with poison effects still, and inhib turrets that i try to flash through still target me, even if they dont hit. I tried the same thing as too, and turrets didnt target me for poison. Rito, why does get so much turret hate?
