The infamous "chinese boosting strat"...

Can something be done about this abusive bs please. It was popularized by some jerk youtuber so i'm seeing it more frequently in ranked games.. Honestly i don't think I've ever been in a game of league and felt so pathetically helpless before. I cant be the only one that's been at the mercy of this disgusting strat? needs a serious looking at imo as this stupid pos is half the problem. It either needs to cost more or lose its heal/shield power (which seems randomly tacked on anyway?) becuase 2300 gold for everything it gives seems a bit over the top : /

It just doesn't seem right that something put together to make boosting more efficient is allowed to stay in the game and with such high effectiveness?

Peoples thoughts on the subject? Anyone had to deal with this crap?
