That was really close actually when you consider both

You picked
. If you were a tank support you would have had two tanks against a full AD team and would have done better.
Couple of things.
First, your teamcomp was not favorable into theirs. You have 3-4 really squishy targets into a bunch of AoE damage and assassination potential. Kindred actually helps mitigate this somewhat, but still.
Second, your Twitch and Kindred were pretty aweful. So was their Vayne mind, but when you get up towards 45 minutes, Talon and Riven are going to carry harder than Mundo and Sona. Even the support Yasuo rolls eyes had 3 major offensive items completed.
Third: It really REALLY irks me that they had a fed Talon, and NOBODY on your team picked up a single bit of stealth detection. Like WTF, the trinkets are free now, vision wards are 25 gold less, and still no one thought to say "hey, maybe fights would go better if we could keep track of Talon when he ults."
4th: Its hard to be certain, but it looks like you guys overstayed for inhib turrets and inhibs on a couple of different occations.
For the record, I disagree with what seems to be the common opnion that Sona is weak.
That said, 5th: Sona is pretty aweful at defending against multiple dive threats, or helping really squishy teams. She excells at supporting the more drawn-out teamfights.
Few things I notice right off the bat...
1--You don't have insight, 15% faster CD on exhaust is very relevant especially when dealing with champs like Talon and Riven and you should of went with Ionia boots for the additional 10% reduction of it's CD, seriously Exhaust is brutal against them and you need it as often as possible.
2--You have no Runic Armor, 8% bonus healing and shield gives you fantastic scaling especially with Windspeaker, especially with all the AP you had you could of easily survived talons burst with it, and the above exhaust.
3--You never changed to a red trinket, which meant you had zero ability to fight against the enemy teams vision. Assassins thrive on having vision and being able to catch the enemy team out, denying them that vision can easily result in them doing all in on someone just to end up dieing when you collapse on them.
4--Mundo on your team may be tanky but everyone else is made of tissue paper and the enemy team has Riven/Yasuo/Talon all of which are more than capable of making squishies go pop and Vayne will destroy someone like Mundo with her 12% scaling health true damage this patch.
In the end it seems like you got a great lead and got objectives but around 28:00 minutes we start to see you take objectives just to lose 4 people. Perhaps over staying your welcome and getting caught by respawning enemies homeguarding on top of you, since 3 of them have homeguards, at which point your long respawn timers gave them a lot of time to take a number of objectives and come back.
Least those are my takes on the game, what you did wrong with your build as well as what I can tell from the kills graphs.
