Annie vs Vlad

Hey riot I just wanted to inform you about a thing in the game that i think needs to be fixed. I just played a game as vlad mid vs an annie, and when she had stun up and used q on my even tho i used my w, she dealed damage to me BUT the stun did not go off, so that she could kill me right after the w ended and there for i lost my lane and later the game. Hope you will fix this so that annie stuns the vlad or that he does not take the damage and does not get stunned, either one i think will be better that what it is now.
