FPS Drops still in Patch 6.23

In Patch 6.22 I found that only a few players have an FPS drop/Ping Spikes in there games including myself. I had a normal amount of fps of around 100-110, not its unplayable when I have an fps of 10-15. I was looking forward towards patch 6.23 where the FPS Drop/Ping Spikes would be solved, but unfortunately it hasn't. Please solve this soon because most players can't play with low fps. Thanks

I just downloaded the new patch after a 1 week long hiatus and I'm getting the same problem. Went from constantly above 100 fps to now having 38 fps with some spikes from time to time. And I know for a fact it's not my laptop. I'm running BF1 and Fallout 4 like a charm at 75 fps on High settings. Never had an issue till this patch.
