Botting in ARAM?

I've been noticing a lot of players in ARAM behaving like bots or running off of scripts and was wondering if anyone else is catching onto this. They will literally run alone into the enemy and start attacking and if you look at their movement they often pause for a second, ignore minions and enemy champions sometimes and use all of their spells first and proceed to autoattack. They also never respond in chat at all. Has anyone else experienced this because I've been witnessing it more often in ARAM lately.
