What is and what isn't considered bad manners in game?
I'll let you folks decide.
-
When you roll into a teammates lane and help with a gank, then take cs, gank or no gank, and not press tower after.
-
When a teammate has low hp and is bailing out, and you are bailing in front of them with full life resulting in your teammates death. (even if you had all types of cc, unreal def/hp, better move speed, no threat of death on your part)
-
You contribute to 90% of more of the damage on a champ and a teammate hanging back (avoiding damage) doesn't go in till right at death. EVEN if they have sustain, EVEN if they have 3-5k hp.
-
Not leashing, or leashing and leaving at 3/5s - 4/5s health, staying after leash to leach exp, or worse taking your blue buff early game (then again if you dumb enough not to save smite till end lol)
-
Pinging in lane you are coming for a gank, and as you approach, all of a sudden that lane grows a pair and goes ballz deep
, and either dies from the overextending
, the enemy gets away
, or you are like inches from an assist and you are denied even an assist, after you pinged and walked half way across the map (to help sometimes a lane getting wrecked). -
Picking a support and stealing cs and kill sniping the adc.
-
Picking excessively weak team comps out of selfishness instead of balancing the team.
-
Focusing on kills more then focusing on objectives.
-
Not listening to teammates during important moments.
-
Not pinging when opposing champs leave lane.
-
Picking a support but never warding, or worse buying wards and not using.
-
Tunnel vision, complete lack of map awareness.
-
Your teammate constantly random swings at cs wall, not only making them get almost no cs, but also making you miss a lot of cs, marginalizing your dual lane game, and denying you cs. Intentional or not it is a problem. But lane freezing isn't well known enough this might be just a bad player issue. But its definitely annoying.
If you guys have anymore please add them, I'm going to make a sticky on in-game good manners from all suggestions eventually. I know some might be considered just bad playing. But Some seem intentional? How do we tell the difference? And if some of these are malicious and intentional then we need stricter guidelines for game or a slight change in mechanics to curb some things. I mean this is a team game right? Then why do many people play with the impression that either they do best on the team or everyone loses (or ignores that 1 person and works 4v5 to win, 3v5, or 2v5 had 2 leavers 1 solo'er 1 game still won)? I can only draw experience from about 2000 games. What have you guys see so far? As far as trolling/bad manners.
