Rerolling Skin Shards.
When you reroll skin shards, are you supposed to get skin permanents for champions you don't own? Because all the skin permanents I get are for champions I don't own...

Cloak and Sword3 votesI think that is dumb as well. You should only receive permanents for champions you own. Considering how difficult it is for a casual player to get skin shards.
