Can we get a preset item slot for Perfect Timing's stopwatch and the general shop?

I have started assigning specific slots for different actives in my item setups but I have noticed these item slots are specific to which item setup you are using. If I buy from the general store, the items do not go into the slots I would prefer them to go to. I think it would be awesome if we could assign slots to the items in the general store so no matter what item set we are buying from my health pots will always be on my 1 key, offensive actives (such as gunblade) will always be on my 2 key, and defensive items (such as stopwatch or zhonya's) will be on my 3 key. Along with this, I have noticed that even when I'm using an item set with both the stopwatch and broken stopwatch set to my 3 key, the stopwatch I receive from the rune 'Perfect Timing' jumps around my item slots when buying items before 6 minutes. I can't count how many times I've been sad from dying after forgetting to move the stopwatch from perfect timing into the right item slot after 6 minutes.
