X

-=--=--=- General -=--=--=-

BASE STATS: ~All champions have had their base stats raised by +168% of their old per-level stats (except attack speed). However, you initially gain less stats per level, but your stats increase exponentially (snowball).

WHAT THIS MEANS: Good players are buffed.

BOUNTY REWARDS: ~No more early game bounty reductions (Regardless of when you score a kill, you'll receive 100% of the value)

WHAT THIS MEANS: Good players are buffed.

ASSIST CHANGES: ~Gain 25% of the kill reward until 90 seconds (1:30), and then increases by 0.2% per second for 210 seconds (3:30) to 50% of the kill reward.

WHAT THIS MEANS: Successfully invading/ganking before 3 minutes and 30 seconds aren't the end all of a lane.

X

-=--=--=- Jungling -=--=--=-

GENERAL: ~All small monster camps now respawn every 100 seconds (instead of 50 seconds) ~All monster camps are significantly tougher. ~Smiting each "big guy" in a camp gives you a cool utility. ~New monster has been added that patrols the river, which when you kill, gives your team more map control.

WHAT THIS MEANS: Smites need to be used judiciously (esp. since the new Jungle items change what Smiting does). More emphasis on team utility.

JUNGLE ITEMS: ~Stalker's Blade: Encourages ganking ~Poacher's Knife: Encourages counterjungling ~Skirmisher's Sabre: Encourages snowballing ~Ranger's Trailblazer: Encourages farming

WHAT THIS MEANS: The Jungle isn't ONLY about ganking anymore

JUNGLE ENCHANTMENTS: ~Warrior: Overall good item for Assassins/Fighters ~Magus: Overall good item for Mages ~Juggernaut: Overall good item for Tanks ~Devourer: Overall good item for farming Auto-Attackers

WHAT THIS MEANS: Junglers who AREN'T Fighters MAY ACTUALLY BE viable fingers crossed

X

-=--=--=--=- Objectives -=--=--=--=-

DRAGON CHANGES: ~Dragon gold has decreased. ~Each time you kill the Dragon your team gets stronger (capping at the 5th kill). *The 5th kill buff is on par with current Baron buff and is the only Dragon buff that isn't permanent

WHAT THIS MEANS: Dragon is a "true" objective, and not JUST a good source of income.

BARON CHANGES: ~Baron Health and Mana Regen buff have been removed. ~Minions next to champions with Baron buff get stronger. ~Baron buff allows you to recall faster.

WHAT THIS MEANS: Baron ends stalemates more effectively and in a less "cheesy" way.

INNER (2nd) TURRET CHANGES: ~Allied champions get a regenerating shield.

WHAT THIS MEANS: Compositions that obtain tower advantages through poking (esp. in the mid game) have been nerfed. Tower diving (these towers) has been nerfed.

BASE (3rd) TURRET CHANGES: ~They now occasionally shoot a super powerful pew pew beam.

WHAT THIS MEANS: Tower diving (these towers) and split-pushing (these towers) has been nerfed.

X

-=--=- Items -=--=--

**Righteous Glory: ** ~Buff to Champions who benefit from sustain ~Buff to aggressive team compositions

**Ohmwrecker: ** ~Buff to aggressive botlanes

Banner of Command: ~Is the "new" Locket, and more ~Buff to pushing/Pushers

**Warmog's Armor: ** ~Nerf to Champions who benefit from Health ~Buff to Champions who benefit from sustain

Only one Elixir can be purchased at a time, and the previous two have been removed.

Elixir of Ruin: ~Buff to pushing/Pushers ~Buff to champions who benefit from Health

**Elixir of Sorcery: ** ~Buff to Mages (esp. those who are Mana-dependent) ~Buff to pushing/Pushers ~Nerf to Champions who benefit from CDR (as unlike the old Elixir, this Elixir does not grant CDR)

**Elixir of Iron: ** ~Buff to initiators (at the cost of being a bigger target, yes, it does in fact increase your model size by 25%)

Elixir of Wrath: ~Buff to Champions who benefit from AD ~Buff to Carry's

**Armor/Magic Resist Changes: ** ~Buff to smart builders

**Regen Changes: ** ~Buff to Champions who benefit from Health Regen and Mana Regen in the later game

You forgot the pointless nerfs to SotO and Mejai, removal of the only answer top laners had to Vladimir if they already locked in TP, removal of the most useless item in the game (Atma) and forcing Twitch, Lucian and few other ADC's that benefit from AS more than straight AD to be forced into buying Botrk and Ghostblade instead of Sword of the Divine and then IE

If you were playing against Vlad, you wouldn't buy Executioner's Calling anyway because you don't pay 1900 gold for a pickaxe with the grievous wounds passive, not to mention no top laner could keep it up 100% of the time.

You never bought Sword of the Divine because all it gave was stats that were useless before buying AD items. Also, I don't have to be an ADC main to tell you that buying AS or crit chance before AD is a bad early game build.

i don't think 100% crit for 3 AAs at low level is useless

I said stats, not active. You never bought SotD because it either didn't give stats that ADC's wanted at the point you bought it or it gave stats that you already had, not to mention it sets you an item behind if the item's active is on cooldown.

Also, look at the common ADC builds. You either went IE into attack speed/crit change items or you went BotRK/Youmu's. The former build makes SotD an unwarranted purchase because you already have half of what the item has, while the latter build did what SotD did, but with actual combat stats.

And it wasn't even removed because of how bad it was. It was removed because of the cheese builds that came out of it.

Idk if i should feel offended because i was using that cheese build :P

Skirmisher's Sabre is good for invading, not snowballing. Also, the Sabre and the Blade's usefulness for invading and ganking are more guidelines than actual restrictions. It is actually pretty reasonable to build Blade on some invading junglers and build the Sabre on some ganking junglers.
