Trying to live in the new World of League of "Holy crap 2 shot again" what gear can someone run to help you like longer than 5 seconds?

Anduins help with crit but not overall damage?
Thorn still help?
Frozen Heart?

Or just buy all and then do no Damage as a Mid/Top laner?

If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a shuriken/tornado/bone skewer.

Are you a mage? Then buy Zhonya’s. All their lethality is canceled out (and you still have armor left from that item until they are level 18).

Are you an ADC? ~~Cry~~ Buy a GA and QSS and plant yourself onto your tank’s and/or support’s ass. Never stop moving around, makes it easier to dodge stuff.
