I main Lux, and i can't really stand the fact that Morgana's stun goes farther than Lux's. It drives me insane as well as how teemo's passive is just sitting and becoming invisible. I have died countless times to both of them, and Obviously i've gotten better, I just don't see how its fair.
Champion ranges, damage, CC-duration, and other abilities are all combined into their power budget. While one champion may have longer range, another may have more AoE, or less reliance on combos, or a more damaging ultimate, etc.
In this case, however, you're actually mistaken -- Lux and Morgana's Q spells have identical ranges, both moving 1175 units.
Well, Teemo is just... he's just a booger head. Riot doesn't give a shit about him because he's only a problem in silver and below, but beyond that he's a liability (looking at you nubrac).
