Matchmaking

Dear Riot,

Please do something about matchmaking, there is no way that it is working properly. 5 games in a row I get people who are either, "toxic", "feeding", "trash talking". Then I get reported for what? Because I did nothing wrong, and I get my account suspended? Riot is literally making money off suspending accounts so people buy new ones, and buy skins. I believe strongly they do it on purpose, because it is all done AUTOMATED, there is no LIVE person looking at them, like they claim. The moment the game was over, the account got suspended within 1 min, which means no ACTUAL human person looks at it. So wrong.. posting the logs here.

So when someone attacks you in chat, trolls you, follows you around in game, and won't help, etc... and you talk to people, and get reported, that is okay now? So what is the point of chat, to say, "GG, GJ, TY"? I mean you can have emotes for that, you mind as well get rid of chat. This is a competitive game, if people cannot handle talking, they shouldn't be playing this game, its a team game afterall. I just don't understand why Riot puts a chat system in.. oh wait, so they can do just this, and suspend accounts, eventually ban, and try to make more money off people, because that is what they do instead of fixing the game (Matchmaking, etc). Yes, I am upset because people have no sense of morality anymore.
